Your driver will meet you at the hotel, vacation rental or other pickup address provided in your reservation. You will also receive customer-service contact information in case you experience an unexpected issue or delay.
In order to confirm your reservation, all transportation must be paid for in full.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled service. All last minute cancellations (less than 24 hours) due to flight delays and/or flight cancellations are non-refundable.
Approved cancellations receive a full refund minus the transaction fee charged by the payment processor during checkout.
