Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled service. All last minute cancellations (less than 24 hours) due to flight delays and/or flight cancellations are non-refundable.
Approved cancellations receive a full refund minus the transaction fee charged by the payment processor during checkout.
